ETIQUETIA - QUICK USE GUIDE

Thank you for downloading the Etiquetia label pack.

Etiquetia is a visual system for clearly and honestly declaring how artificial intelligence has been used in academic, creative, or digital work.

These labels are not an AI detector. They do not try to prove whether someone used AI or not. Their purpose is to build trust: helping students, educators, and creators communicate their process without fear and with transparency.

1. WHAT EACH LABEL MEANS

HUMAN MADE
Use this label when the work was created by a person and AI did not generate the main content.

Examples:
- Essays, assignments, or projects written by students.
- Drawings, designs, or creative pieces made manually.
- Work where AI did not produce the main text, image, audio, code, or material.

AI ASSISTED
Use this label when the work is still human-led, but AI supported part of the process.

Examples:
- Brainstorming.
- Proofreading or revision.
- Translation.
- Structure or outline support.
- Code support.
- Visual references.
- Style or clarity improvements.

This label represents collaboration: the person keeps creative direction, while honestly acknowledging AI support.

AI MADE
Use this label when AI created the main content of the work.

Examples:
- AI-generated images.
- Text mainly generated by AI.
- Audio, video, code, or designs substantially produced by AI systems.

2. HOW TO USE THE LABELS

You can place the labels on:

- A school assignment cover.
- A presentation.
- A portfolio.
- A poster.
- A PDF document.
- A digital publication.
- A creative or visual piece.

Recommendation:
Place the label somewhere visible, such as the bottom-right corner or near the project title. It should be easy to see, but it should not overpower the work itself.

3. WHICH FILE TO CHOOSE

PNG:
Use it for documents, Canva, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs, posters, covers, or social media.

SVG:
Use it when you need to scale the label without losing quality, especially for graphic design, print, or vector editing.

Mini:
Use it when you need a small version, such as the corner of a cover, worksheet, or slide.

4. CLASSROOM USE

Etiquetia can help start conversations about:

- What responsible AI use means.
- When AI support should be declared.
- How to distinguish between support, collaboration, and full generation.
- Why transparency can work better than suspicion.

The goal is not to punish AI use, but to make it visible, understandable, and open to discussion.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTE

The labels, logos, visual system, and related Etiquetia materials belong to Etiquetia unless otherwise stated.

You may use this pack for educational, academic, creative, and communication purposes related to transparency in AI use.

Do not modify the labels in a way that changes their meaning, reduces their visual clarity, or makes one label look like another.
